This cake consist of moist raspberry butter cake sandwiched with raspberry buttercream, lychee fruit and slight hint of rose flavour. Raspberry lychee rose flavour was inspired from the flavour of Ispahan, a unique French flavour creation. This cake strictly use premium grade raspberry fruit (no artificial flavouring) decorated with rose buttercream piping to create a romantic cake design and topped with sprinkle of edible dry rose petal.
This cake is best enjoyed in a slight room temperature to bring out the best flavour of the cake.
