• Please feel free to place your order online at anytime. However, please allow at least 1 working day (non pre-order items), and 2 working days (pre-order items) for delivery.
• Same day delivery service cut off time at 12 p.m or 3 p.m depends on the delivery slot.
• We may close order slots at anytime due to high volume. Do place your orders in advance to avoid disappointment, particularly for important occasions.

Using our online store ensures you can check that all of the details you are entering are correct, as well as easily browse our entire range. It only takes a few easy steps within 3 minutes!

1. Select your favourite item(s); enter shipping postal code to see available delivery zone. Currently our delivery service covered within Malaysia only.
2. Key in the quantity desired and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. These item(s) will be automatically added to your shopping cart and add-on items (if any).
3. Click on the 'Shopping cart' button (top menu-right icon) to proceed checkout.
4. Select your delivery date.
5. Fill in your message (if any) by clicking the 'Message card +' button, then press 'Checkout'.
6. Fill in your email address.
7. Fill in your billing details (sender details) and shipping details (receiver details).
8. For self pick-up at our office, just select 'Self Pick-Up' option to get delivery fee waiver.
9. Select 'Shipping' or 'Self pick-up', then press 'continue to payment'.
10. Enter discount code (if any).
11. Select preferred payment mode by online transfer/ credit card upon checking out. We accept DebitCard, VISA and MasterCard as forms of payment. No partial payment or cash on delivery.
12. Successful orders will receive an automated email response. Ensure your email address is accurate and up-to-date.

We are unable to cancel orders that are already purchased or prepared, and are out for delivery.

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please call our customer care at +603-74993929 or email to order@grannydoris.my within 3 working days of placing the order or scheduled delivery date. If the value of your order is below RM100, we will offer a credit on your next purchase. If it is above RM100, we will keep a 10% admin fee and refund the balance. This is also because Shopify charges us an administration and processing fee for refunds. Otherwise, you can choose for a full amount in credit on your next purchase. You may contact us to discuss on your options.

Please note that we will not accept any order cancellations for custom orders, personalized orders or bulk purchase.

At Granny Doris, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. But it is important to remember that fruits and flowers are perishable, natural product that will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions. We only can ensure the freshest and highest quality fruits and flowers are hand selected and bought each day. Unfortunately once we dispatch our products a number of changes in condition may result in their longevity being reduced. Air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in climate may also have an adverse effect on the fresh products. With all the possible variables, it is difficult to guarantee the quality in every case. Also, we cannot guarantee the texture, shape, colour, sweetness or the taste of the fruits as it's natural plant from the tree, as well as the flower products.

However, if you are really unhappy with your order, please tell us more by email to us at order@grannydoris.my with photo as evidence within 3 hours after receiving as to ensure fairness and reasonable to judge from the condition.
