Refund policy
This website is owned by Granny Doris Group Sdn Bhd. The term ‘Granny Doris’ or ‘we’ or ‘our’ refers to the owner of the website which is Granny Doris. By completing your orders, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these terms and conditions and appearing anywhere on the Granny Doris site.
RETURN POLICY
We will only accept return if a wrong or damaged product received by customer purchase online from grannydoris.my – unworn, unwashed, unused and accompanied by original packaging, including tags and a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please immediately call our customer care at +603-74993929 or email to order@grannydoris.my mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost within 4 hours (office hour) after the complaint is lodged. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to inform that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
Please note that if item sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We are unable to cancel orders that are already purchased or prepared, and are out for delivery.
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please call our customer care at +603-74993929 or email to order@grannydoris.my within 3 working days of placing the order or scheduled delivery date. If the value of your order is below RM100, we will offer a credit on your next purchase. If it is above RM100, we will keep a 10% admin fee and refund the balance. This is also because Shopify charges us an administration and processing fee for refunds. Otherwise, you can choose for a full amount in credit on your next purchase. You may contact us to discuss on your options.
Please note that we will not accept any order cancellations for custom orders, personalized orders or bulk purchase.
Discount Voucher Policy
Freedel100# vouchers can only be used for delivery services and cannot be exchanged for cash or self pickup services. New10# discount voucher that can be applied to their first purchase user and discount voucher cannot be combined with any other promotion or voucher code.
REFUND POLICY (if applicable)
For orders that are cancelled or returned we will charge an 10% admin fee of the item price and we will not refund the cost of the original shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The return service used by you must cover the value of the contents. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the item goes missing we will not refund you the item price and shipping cost.
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Kindly be informed that the bank processing time may take up to 7 working days to process the refund.
