Job descriptions:-
- Managing daily orders and ensuring smooth delivery arrangements.
- Contacting customers to coordinate deliveries and scheduling.
- Collaborating with the operations team to optimize order fulfillment processes and ensure timely delivery.
- Handling customer inquiries and customizing orders.
- Assisting customers with manual offline orders.
- Responding to feedback, comments, and reviews across Google and all social media platforms.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Job requirements:-
- Diploma or above in any disciplines.
- At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in customer service or sales related field.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin language skills are a plus.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality, able to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons, such as days before CNY, Raya, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
- Able to work a 6-day workweek.
- Must be able to commute to our office at Petaling Utama Avenue with own transport.
- Full-time, permanent position.
Compensation & Benefits:-
- Basic salary ranging from RM2,500 to RM3,500 per month (based on experience & capability).

Working hours:-
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Saturday: Early release at 4:30 pm if tasks are completed
- Sunday: Closed
- Public Holidays: Off
Working Location: Petaling Utama Avenue, Jalan PJS1/50, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia (Within a 10-minute driving distance from Sunway, Subang, and Old Klang Road).
