Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:
- Manage daily orders and ensure smooth delivery arrangements.
- Contact customers to coordinate deliveries and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize order fulfillment processes and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and customize orders.
- Assist customers with manual offline orders.
- Respond to feedback, comments, and reviews across Google and all social media platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Diploma and above, preferably in a related field of study.
- At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in a customer service or customer relations-related field.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin language skills are a plus.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality, able to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons, such as days before CNY, Raya, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
- Able to work a 6-day workweek.
- Must be able to commute to our office at Petaling Utama Avenue with own transport.
- Full-time, permanent position.
E-commerce Executive Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the Granny Doris e-commerce website and marketplace operations, including but not limited to product listings, website content, maintenance, and updates.
- Monitor vendors' product listings to ensure compliance with company policies and restrictions.
- Coordinate with vendors to address any issues related to product quality, pricing, or fulfillment.
- Plan, propose, execute, and implement online marketing campaigns via various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
- Report on the performance of marketing strategies, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Source and recruit potential vendors to expand the marketplace's product offerings.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize product display and promotion strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and online marketing.
- Minimum diploma in Advertising/Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, E-commerce, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a marketplace environment.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify (an advantage).
- Strong understanding of online marketing techniques and social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for gift design aesthetics.
- Organized and able to work independently.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work a 5 1/2-day workweek.
- Must be able to commute to our office at Petaling Utama Avenue with own transport.

Compensation & Benefits:-
- Customer Service's basic salary ranges from RM2,500 to RM3,500 per month, based on experience and capability.
- E-commerce Executive's basic salary ranges from RM3,000 to RM4,000 per month.
